Geocache Description:

The cache is located in MB Johnson Park (Thanks to the Moorhead Parks Dept.) and is a short walk from the parking lot. This cache can also be a help if you are working on GC182QM, Minnesota Challenge: Alphabet Soup.

Ahoy Mateys! Here be where we hid our booty, so round up your crew and set sail. Wonders await for all who discover what is stashed at the X.

The 'leash' is not to keep people from taking the cache, we just are not sure how high the water gets during floods.

Update:
When we placed this cache the ‘island’ of trees was little used by the many dog walkers using this part of the park. The island now has a number of bike trails running through it, one of which is only about ten or twelve feet from the hiding spot. It can be hard to look nonchalant while standing in the woods, but do your best.
