After finding the Rimrock View cache, we decided to place a cache here to mark the access point for the power line road. That cache hadn't been found in over two years, so we felt there needed to be something to entice others to head out this way for some fun in the desert. Even if you don't go for the Rimrock View cache, you can still enjoy the drive to this one on a gravel road. When I see a 'womp womp' I always say 'woah'.
