PLEASE keep dogs on a LEAD along this footpath. There are often animals and pheasants loose. We have been told that the game keeper lives in the cottage along the path and will shoot a dog if its not on a lead. This is the first of five caches hidden along the Landsker and South of the Landsker Borderlands Trail. PLEASE STAY ON THE SIGNPOSTED FOOTPATHS.
To get to the parking area take the A478 from Kilgetty to Narberth and take the 2nd turning on the right after Folly Farm. To complete the caches you will need stout footwear as it is muddy in places. The terrain changes between some of the caches. This is a micro cache that contains a log book,and first time find badge. You will need to take a pen/pencil to sign the log book.
The landsker Borderlands Trail is a waymarked long distance footpath in the United Kingdom running through Pembrokeshire and Camarthen in West Wales. The route takes the walker away from the popular tourist locations and explores the Landsker line between the Welsh speaking North of Pembrokeshire and the English speaking South Pembrokeshire area ( little England beyond Wales ) . Landsker is a Norse word for borderland.
