Big Goober: Vandalism has become and issue here and security has been beefed up to the point that most people are running into trouble getting this one. It has been a good cache and I hope folks enjoyed finding it. Till next time.

Easy hide at the historic Pilot Mill in Raleigh.
This old mill is behind Peace College in what used to be a really rough part of town. Luckily, the city decided to clean-up and revamp public housing located in the area and the mill was refurbished. It was reconstructed from parts from an old mill that was being taken down in SC and is listed on the National Historic Register. Today it is home to a number of law offices and design/architecture firms.
You should access this cache from the parking lot entrance that is at the intersection of Cedar St. and Halifax St. It is not recommended to visit this cache at night to avoid arousing the suspicions of the night watchman.
Note that there is a slight curb to over to get to the cache, thus it is not wheelchair accessible. Also, you will not need to take anything apart to access this cache.
