C'est un édifice très simple, à nef unique. Ses restes se
limitent à quelques pans de murs. Une toute petite mais magnifique
chapelle médiévale. la création remonte au XIe siècle. (Bernard

La ville de Sainte Maxime aurait, dans ses projets, la
réhabilitation de ce site. Ce serait une excellente idée car, à
l'abandon, les ronces et autres plantes n'arrangent pas le peu de
ruines qui restent.
Voici donc une cache sans complication particulière. Première
option, celle que je vous conseil, vous garer au PK1 et prendre le
chemin qui descend. C'est une ballade de 2.2Km aller-retour pour un
dénivelé de 65m. C'est une partie qu'a emprunté, cette année, une
partie de l'épreuve -sans pitié- du Roc D'azur. Deuxième option, se
garer au PK2 et suivre le chemin qui descend. Dans ce cas là, je
vous conseil de faire bien attention, la première partie est une
descente plutôt rude mais le point de parking offre un magnifique
point de vue tant vers le Nord que vers le Sud. La cache est assez
originale même si je n'ai pu la positionner au mieux car trop
salissant.J'en profite pour remercier chaleureusement Moonray83 qui
en a eu l'idée le premier.

It's a very simple building, with unique nave. The ruins are
constituted by only some walls. It was an very small but wonderful
medival chapel. It's construction go back up XIth century. (Bernard

The town of Ste Maxime could have in its intention the
reabilitation of the site. It would be a great idea because the the
nature and the time are not very friendly with the ruins.
Here it is a cache with no particular difficulties. First
option: Parking at PK1 and take the way down. It consists of a
ballad go and back about 2.2Km for 65m of height. It's this part of
the path in particular where the famous and very hard bicycle
contest Roc D'azur passed by this year (2009). Second option:
parking at PK2 and follow the path that goes down. In this case,
take care, the first aprt is difficult. The cache itself is unusual
but not so nice I would have done: it would be too dirty for
clothes. By the way, I thank very much Moonray83 who had the first
this idea.
