Geocache Description:

Histrical Buildings : This cache will be easily Park & Grab.

"Matsumoto City Open-Air Architectual Museum" is a museum where valuable buildings were collected with modern ages of Shinshu as the theme.

The average of the site of 6,400 square meters lines with the building with the history of five houses built from the latter term of Edo period to the Showa era.

The building that has built most greatly in the fronts is "Old Nagano district court Matsumoto branch public office building".
This is a building built on the palace site of Matsumoto Castle in 1908.
It was moved to the present place though the demolition was decided when built so that a new public office building was near by an ardent citizen movement that regretted it.

Cache is in the vicinity of the museum.

HOURS:
9:00AM - 5:00PM (The entrance: until 4:30PM).

Closed:
Every Monday and year end and new year.

Admission fees:
Adult: 400 yen
Child: free

松本市歴史の里は、信州の近代をテーマに貴重な建物を集めた、建物野外博物館です。
6,400平方メートルの敷地のなかに、江戸時代後期から昭和にかけて建てられた５棟の歴史的建造物が立ち並んでいます。

一番大きく正面に建っている建物が「旧長野地方裁判所松本支部庁舎」です。
これは、明治41年（1908）に 松本城二の丸の御殿跡地に建てられた建物です。
新しい庁舎が近くに新築された時に取り壊しが決まったものの、それを惜しむ熱心な市民運動により現在地へ移転されました。

キャッシュは、博物館近くにあります。

開館時間：
午前9時から午後5時（入館は4時30分まで）

休館日：
毎週月曜日と年末年始

観覧料：
大人 ４００円
子供 無料
