You're looking for a sub-micro container, but you'll have to project a new waypoint from the posted coordinates first. You'll not need to climb any fences or approach the hwy for any reason. You "may" have to walk up or down a medium incline.
Complete this cache and you'll get to log a Waymark & a cache!
There's parking on LaCrosse Ave or in the East of Edens parking lot.
This is a sub-micro, with only a log, so bring a pen or pencil.
Find "Cook County Hwy Dept E34C/CWG" Waymark at the posted coordinates. Take a close up photo and an approach photo so you can log your Waymark.
Now, standing "ON THE SIDEWALK" near the marker, project a bearing 110 feet @ 155°. Again, you'll not need to climb any fences or enter any structures.
