Geocache Description:

Located in High Point State Park, where the blue trail converges with the red/green trail. From the Steeneykill Boat Launch, it is a little over a half mile hike in.

When Captain Math and I were looking for a spot to place a cache for the Tri-State Geocachers, we came across this area and both thought this birch tree looked like a totum pole!

If you park at the boat launch, you start your walk along the snenic Steeneykill Lake, with a pretty cool view of the High Point monument. Follow the blue trail into the woods and up the hill. The cache is located right off the red/green trail.

Enjoy the scenery! Take some pictures by the totem pole!
