This cache has been place at a right of way to Crystal Lake, the seventh largest lake in Michigan. And to me the most beautiful lake in the world!
A wonderful vacation spot for over one hundred years, families have enjoyed their visits to the shores of this pristine lake. Known for water sports during the summers and for riding on ski mobiles and ice fishing during the winters when fishing shanties dot the frozen lake. Every season of the year brings outdoor activities for enthusiasts to participate and to experience.
I can think of no place I would rather be than to be at Crystal Lake! Looking out my bedroom window early mornings, seeing the beautiful sunrise with the black silhouettes of trees, watching the deer, the foxes at play and other wildlife in our backyard, the sun setting over the lake at dusk, this cannot be surpassed. The cookouts, marshmallow roasting on the beach, swinging on the porch swing with a book in hand, long walks after dinner, visiting with old friends, playing board games or cards with the grandkids, all of these make our time at Crystal Lake special! The peace and serenity of these surroundings will stay with you forever.
