The 10th installment in the Boys of Summer Series revolves around Alva "Rip" Williams. Rip played 7 years from 1911-1918 with the Red Sox, Senators, and Indians. Rip was a backup catcher and first baseman with a .265 batting average in 498 games.
Waypoint # 1 will take you to the final resting place of Rip Williams. This location is only available during daylight hours. At this location you will need the following information from the larger family stone directly east of Rip's headstone.
