Grayson/Smyth Co. … is on top of the mountain just over the line. It is actually in Grayson County! (part 1 of your hint)
I have found so many of MR. EagleJ’s 45/70’s that I decided to try my own version.

There is a large parking area across from the cache so you will need to cross the road! I would suggest leaving the Kids in the car on this one please.
I thought about giving you a 3rd. hint but I don’t think you should need one?
