This is our very first cache placement. We got permission from the
proprietor at this site, and he would prefer that there be no after
dark caching or any wandering around toward the back of the
establishment so as to avoid rousing the “residents.”
Since this is our first hide, we wanted to make it a pretty easy
park and grab. It is family-friendly, though some chiggers attacked
us during its placement. Eek! There is convenient parking (gravel)
and level terrain.
The plastic container is about the size of a small cereal box.
In keeping with the theme of this cache, we would like the trade
items to be animal-related only. Original contents besides the log
are: fishy towel, stickers, animal puzzle book, rubber ducky,
plastic hippo, very small animal hair clips and animals with
parachutes, wooden bluebird, small tug toy.
REMEMBER – No food or treats, please! We want the cache to be
about animals but don’t want to attract any that would
destroy it!
This cache was obviously designed by the female half of the
team. She has promised the other half that the next one will be a
little more rugged.

carefully note the location and position of the cache container and
replace it as you found it so it doesn't get water in it. Thanks!
