Geocache Description:

Historic Monuments and Buildings in Leicestershire : Anstey Packhorse Bridge

The packhorse bridge is 54 feet long, has five arches and is five feet wide between the parapets.
The bridge spans Rothley Brook and was built during the 15th Century to provide easier access to Leicester.
Roadside parking is available close to the tennis club on Gorse Hill (first turning on the right if approaching the cache site from the A46).
Cache contains just a log - please bring pen/pencil to sign.
Stealth may be required at any time of day!
Please re-hide cache container exactly as found.
