It's a cache that is located by the UCSB lagoon trail. See view of the campus and the beach.
Container is a plastic jar. You can see the lagoon, the Storke tower, UCen, Manzanitas, San Nic/San Miguel, and faculty club from this site. Usually not too many vegetation, but the bushes might grow thick and thorny in the summer. Please tightly close the lid after logging your entry, there are raccoons in the area at night scavenging for food. If you drive, you need to pay for parking or just ride your bike.
