Robin's Nest Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Dalesman: This cache has been disabled for some time and as the owner has not repaired it I am archiving it.
Guidelines: "You are responsible for occasional visits to your cache to maintain proper working order, especially when someone reports a problem with the cache (missing, damaged, wet, etc.). You may temporarily disable your cache to let others know not to search for it until you have a chance to fix the problem. This feature is to allow you a reasonable amount of time - normally a few weeks - in which to check on your cache. If a cache is not being maintained, or has been temporarily disabled for an unreasonable length of time, we may archive the listing."
If you wish to email me please send your email via my profile (click on my name) and quote the cache name and number.

Many thanks,
Geocache Description:

Short walk, can be circular, on public footpaths, bridleway, lane and footpath at side of road. Not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. Can be muddy in wet weather.

This is our first cache and in a quiet area near the village of Healing. Its easy to forget how close you are to civilisation. This walk is frequented by runners and dog walkers.

It can be found by taking a route on bridleways and public footpaths. The walk can be circular, approx 2 miles which would entail some walking along the footpath at the side of the road. The length of this can be shortened by walking along footpaths close to Healing Manor, unfortunately no longer open, so no refreshments here now.

Suggest you park on Aylesby Lane and approach from this direction as no safe parking from other end.

Container is a small clip lock box with a log, bendy pencil and sharpener.
There are a few swaps to get you started:
Small notebook keying
Jumping bean
Football coin-Sol Campbell
Small surfing lifeguard mole
Old maid playing cards.
