Avast me hearties! There be treasure in them thar 'ills. September
19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day and this cache has
been placed to mark the occasion.
Arrr!!! Me and me messmate placed the treasure on a squally
'orrible day. Any brave sea faring pirate ought to be able to
locate the spoils should they follow me instructions or use me map.
Park ye ship by the gate and follow the path. Beware of the metal
box that 'ides instant death and be sure not to fall into the sand
trap. There is a tree with a 'Keep Out' sign for scurvy dogs on
motorbikes, just go around it and follow the path. When ye reach
the main path head towards the sea until ye get to the cross roads.
'Ere ye turn south to the bottom of the 'ill. On ya right ye should
see the soppy message left be some lovesick landlubber carved in
the ground. Follow the faint path up the 'ill. A tree too weak to
withstand the winds blocks the path so ye 'ave to go 'ound it. Just
on from there is the 'log of doom'...if ye go beyond this ye'll end
up in Davey Jones' Locker as there be dragons beyond this point.
Turn south before ye reach the 'log of doom' and fight the bushes
to find the treasure! It will not be far. Arrr!
The treasure chest contains everything a pirate needs to celebrate
his day. There be posters, puzzles, rings, pencils, eye patches and
more. There is a small prize for the first pirate or wench to find
me treasure. Photos of ye showing ye best pirattitude would be
appreciated.
Copy of me treasure map is attached as a photo.
First ta find me treasure woz White - beard aka Flynn, the real
force behind the Richlink team.
