Geocache Description:

Small cache hidden in the Bernal Park Phase 1 Expansion.

September 12, 2009 is the opening celebration for the Bernal Community Park, Phase 1 with two lighted baseball fields, one unlit field, parking, pathways and a children's play area. Visit this first part of what will become Pleasanton's 318 acre "grand park".

The cache is smaller than a film canister and holds only a log. Bring a pencil or pen. Parking is close. At times there may be a muggle problem, so watch for suspicious persons. Be sure to replace cache carefully so the next hunter has a challenge.
