Great views overlooking the countryside of Finchampstead, this is close to the highest point in Finchampstead. Take a seat courtesy of Sandy & Mary Marshall
Summer sun and winter rain Our lives change just the same Rest a while and enjoy the view We hope the sun will shine on you This is one of several caches in Finchampstead in and around the village. This particular cache enjoys great views of the west of Finchampstead. It's an easy walk but it is across country fields along a public footpath, there are several gates that would be unsuitable for wheelchairs. There is a gentle climb. The local pub, The Queens Oak, is a 5 min walk from this location along public footpaths. A good spot to get some refreshment before heading off to find more Finchampstead caches. When you get to this location why not take a seat. The cache is only a few feet away. The cache contains notepad and pencil, rubber ball, magnifying glass and some other goodies.
