I normally work night shift where free parking is everywhere, but when I work days its a little harder to find. I park right down the road and walk past this building on my way to work. I thought it was a really cool looking building.
Your looking for a bison wrapped in black tape. The difficulty is for muggles. Be stealthy. This is an urban cache so be careful. Good luck.
