This cache is on the corner outside of a major office building of the area's largest employer. So, it will be extremely muggle-licious during, slightly before and slightly after office hours. Thus, the higher difficulty rating! ;-)
There are various utility boxes near GZ, and people tend to just drive by without paying much attention to what's going on in that general spot (I think I was basically "invisible" while installing the cache). I recommend that you drive by a few times to get a sense of the flow of activities in the general area.
You're looking for a small multicolored bison tube that is not in plain view.
