A cache hidden not far off the lighted ski trail I Teieskogen. There is a nice view east over towards Træle and south east out over the Oslo Fjord. It is one of the few vistas one can see from Teieskogen without leaving the trail system.
I intended to hide the cache at this vista. But all the spots I liked were uncomfortably close to Ydmykende Hopp. So I wandered southward in search of a likely location. Suddenly came a sms from home saying "Supper in 10 minutes" Well I was still 10 minutes from my transport. Right in front of me was a suitable location and I placed the cache. So it really should be called "Sør fra Østlig Øyeblikket"! The cache is a small plastic lock box painted black & green. It contains a logbook, a pencil, a FTF prize (20 crown coin) and some trade items. This is a easy find, so let's not make it any easier. Be sure to place the cache back so that it is not visible from any direction. You'll see what I mean. There is a short bushwhack required, but it is in a fairly open wood. So it will not be difficult. That is, unless you are geocaching at night. I have heard rumors of really scary vakt rådyr protecting the cache after dark! This cache may not be available in winter depending on the year!
