Recycled Cache Traditional Cache

Camoed lock 'n' lock container with the usual trade items.
The original cache was washed away in the flood of 2013. The landscape in this area has changed considerably due to the flood and subsequent restoration work. The original location is no longer suitable for hiding a cache, so it has been moved a considerable distance. It might have been better to create a new cache listing except that it required permission from the government to place a cache here, so the GC code has been recycled.
This cache is placed with the permission of Alberta Tourism, Parks and Recreation. Access is from the north, along Highway 24 adjacent to Carseland. Can be muggly at times, particularly sunny summer weekends. There have been some comments that the gate is closed, but it's a provincial park, so it's open to the public. The road down is steep and winding, so it might be closed during wet or icy conditions, but it's only temporary.
Just about anything goes in geocaching. One of the few rules is that you have to sign the log to claim the find. If you don't have a pen with you, or you can't find a small spot to scratch something in a full log book, please don't claim the find. If you don't sign the log, your find will be deleted. Sorry.
