Geocache Description:

In the 19th century, the Ohio River was a major route for commerce.  The Farnsley and the Mormen families took advantage of this by creating and maintaining an active riverboat landing that flourished here from 1820 until 1890.  Riverboats would stop at the landing to trade goods, to take on needed supplies, or just to rest. A ferry also operated here which carried people and goods back and forth between Indiana and Kentucky.

The cache is a bison tube hidden at a place with a view of Farnsley-Moreman Landing and the Ohio River.  Remember to bring a writing instrument to sign the log.
