just off the road next to a METAL windmill. Hopefully this windmill will last longer than the WOODEN one by my other cache. :)
easiest way to access this cache is to go through Lind wa. follow signs toward the WSU experimental station. turn on Fode rd. no need to cross the fence. The cache is between the fence and the road. Good Luck
