Decode the alien writings to find the cache

The cache is not at the listed coordinates, the coordinates show where a surveyor found a clay tablet with an inscription on it. If you can decode the inscription you will find the cache.
Take county road Y to Irish Ridge Rd until you find the gravel road waypoint. You will want to stay on the very well marked equine trail until you get close to GZ.
