Geocache Description:

See The Strip is back! I found this one in the winter earlier this year, and was saddened that it was archived: This truly is a great view, and a neat little park! Hopefully you will find the new view as stunning as the old. I have decided to reproduce the original description here:

*******************
How many times have you driven past that yellow sculpture on your way to downtown Pittsburgh?

This cache is located in Frank Curto Park, off Bigelow Blvd. The park is only accessible from the inbound lane, 0.5 miles past Herron Ave. Look for the orange posts.

This mile-long park offers a wonderful view of Pittsburgh’s Strip District. It is the home of the modern art sculpture entitled “Pittsburgh” and an ArtGarden by the Persephone Project (visit link) (Redux Note - Link was updated)

If you’re tempted to go over any walls, that’s up to you, but it won’t help you find the cache.

Redux notes:

This cache is in a slightly more easterly direction than the original, and the hide is a different, more watertight container.

DO NOT stop on Bigelow Blvd. to get this cache! Go in, park, and walk back. It's only a few hundred feet...

Also, I don't advocate even THINKING about going over the walls... It is quite a drop down into Polish Hill...

Please rehide so that it cannot be seen. The original was probably muggled due to the container shape, which was not conducive to the hide location. This one is a better fit - I hope...

I have used the same hint as the original so as to keep the flavor of the hide. If you want to keep it a 1.5, don't peek at the hint!
