Geocache Description:


Party starts at 11:00 a.m. on Nov.14 (local time)
Meeting point is in 50m (55yd) around these coordinates. A signboard is intelligibly hung up over the position.
I place large container and logbook in here.

Party Fee: 2,000 Yen (Free: 18 years old and under) (Park entrance fee is also needed, 400 Yen for adult, and 80 Yen for child)
Access

Please walk the Showa memory Park from JR Tachikawa Station or JR Nishitachikawa Station.

There is a toll parking lot in the park(The drink-driving prohibits it) (visit link)

Please bring the following, when you participate.
* Some Foods and Drinks (Organizers prepare some food and drink. But bringing food and drink is highly appreciated)
* (If had) Travel Bugs / Geocoins (for exchange)
* (If you participate the Event 2) Camouflaged container
* Smile and Friendship

Event 1: TB/GC exchange
Please bring TB and/or GC, and out them into the box at the party. Get the new TB and/or GC.

Event 2: Camouflaged Container Contest
If you want to participate the contest. Please bring the camouflaged container, and place it around the party area between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

昨年に続き今年もバーベキューパーティーを行います。
2009年11月14日(土曜日)11:00〜15:00まで行います。時間の間であれば途中からの参加もＯＫ！
パーティーは座標の場所から半径50m以内位です（当日にならないと場所が確定しません）
ジオキャッシングのロゴを大きくした旗を目印に来てください。
参加費: 2,000円 (18歳以下無料) (公園入園料が400円(子供80円)必要です)

アクセス: 下記のいずれか
1.ＪＲ青梅線西立川駅で下車し、目の前の西立川口からＢＢＱ場を目指してください。(公園入場して徒歩10分）
2.ＪＲ青梅線東中神駅で下車し徒歩10分、昭島口からＢＢＱ場を目指してください。(公園入場して徒歩5分）
3.ＪＲ中央線立川駅で下車し徒歩15分、立川口からＢＢＱ場を目指してください。(公園入場して徒歩15分）

車：駐車場が有料であります（帰りの飲酒運転は遠慮ください）

下記のものを持参してください
* 食べ物、飲み物 (主催者でも若干準備しますが、持込を歓迎します)
* (お持ちの場合) トラベルバグ、ジオコイン (交換用)
* (イベント2参加希望の場合) カモフラージュしたコンテナ

決行/中止は当日の朝7:00までに、キャッシュページに記載します、家を出る前にご確認ください。

スペシャルイベント情報
いずれのイベントも事前の参加表明は不要です。また、いずれのイベントも自由参加で参加は強制ではありません。

イベント 1: TB/GC 交換
交換用のトラベルバグ、ジオコインを持ってきて、会場に準備した箱に入れてください。その後皆さんで分けてお持ちください。

イベント 2: カモフラージュ コンテナ コンテスト
参加希望の方は、カモフラージュしたコンテナをお持ちください。会場付近にコンテナを隠してください。スコアシートを会場に準備しますので、そこにキャッシュ名、オーナー名、座標を記入してください。(11:00〜13:00)
パーティーの参加者は、キャッシュを探してください(13:00〜14:00)。そして、5段階(良い場合5点)で得点をスコアシートに記入してください。もっとも、得点を獲得したコンテナのオーナーに賞品を差し上げます。
コンテナは必ず自作してください。購入したままのものは不可とします。材料を購入するのはOKですが、必ず組み立て塗装等の加工をしてください。
