Memories of Washington Multi-Cache

One man's desert-trash,
is another man's Geo-cache!
In late August, I took a two week vacation to Washington. It
had been over a year and a half since I'd been back home, so I went
to see the parents, visit with some old friends and to find some
Geocaches around my old stomping grounds.
I had a ton of fun and found an even
100!!! caches there. I even
got mom out hunting with me. I brought all of the swag, coins, and
bugs that I found back here to Vegas and have put it all into one
big container.
As for the location of this cache, I found this spot a few
months ago, while out caching and took some pictures. I was
teaching the parents about Geocaching and showing them pictures,
Mom asked if there was a cache in this location. I said "No....but
there should be!" It's typical desert terrain, but in a spot where
there has been a LOT of dumping. There is a dirt road/path that
will get you pretty close to the first cache.
The first cache is a small sandwich container with a simple little
puzzle in it that will give you the coordinates to the final cache.
A short walk across the pretty flat terrain will get you to the
final, a large plastic box.
It should be a pretty easy hunt, with a cool view of the
valley.
P.S. Be on the lookout for some caches inspired by hides from
Washington. Those Pacific North West folks can be real sneaky
sometimes. I found quite a few really cool hides that I'll be
stealing paying homage to in the near future.
