Geocache Description:

The jingling of chains and mule harnesses are silent, the creaking wagon wheels roll no more. A little bush whacking necessary.

You will find an ammo box containing a historic rendition of the Santa Fe Trail. The first group of Mules was brought to Misssouri from New Mexico. Traders preferred mules over horses because they were stronger, and ate less. Explore Osage County and see the historic Santa Fe Trail Ruts all along US HWY 56.
