This cache is located on the campus of Montrose Area School District and placed by moleniacz, billnikey, jtb18818, Fredfredburger0, Amanda4, and Nic18801, all members of the Montrose Meteor's Geocaching Club named the "GeoDawgz." Being school Property, I suggest that you be cognizant of all pertaining laws, cache after school hours, and be aware of sporting events such as Cross Country.
The name GeoDawgz represents a motley group of students who enjoy geocaching together. Our school district is fortunate enough to have a large campus, much of which is wooded and we hope to share a small portion of it with you during this cache.
This cache adventure will take you up part of our Cross Country trail which is near the cache location.
We are known as the Montrose Meteors and we wonder if what we found here in the woods is a Meteor Crash Site and perhaps the reason for our name! Check out the cache and be the judge yourself.
Please be advised that it is not necessary to be destructive to any man made stone walls to find this cache.
Please Park in the Main School Parking lot next to the football stadium and the baseball field.
