Please come attend the November Monthly Meeting being sponsored by
Pilgrimsprogress, Oddangles, and Georgiaboydrp at the beautiful
Bowden-Johnson House. There will be access to the restrooms in the
home but the rest of the Bowden-Johnson House will not be available
for tour. Be sure and bring your lawn chairs, blankets, etc., as
this will be a picnic on the grounds type of meeting. Very casual
and laid back.
The November Monthly Meeting will be held in the Thomson,
Georgia area and hope that all will come and attend. There will be
several different stages of the meeting and all are welcome to
attend from 11:00 until 5:00 pm or only for the time that you will
interested in attending.
We will start at 11:00 until 12:00 with a get together to honor
Baby Palmer Frey. Momma Frey has listed Baby Frey's wishes at
Target and all are welcome to visit the registry and bring and
gifts they would like. Go to Target.com and under Registry's enter
ID# 014399700709420. Bringing a gift is not mandatory if someone
would just like to attend the get together for Momma Frey.
We are sure Daddy Frey will probably be somewhere near if the
guys would like to come visit with him as well.
From 12:00 until 2:00 will be the normal meeting time. Please be
sure and bring your normal raffle items and travel bugs.
From 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm there will be games for the kids and
adults. There will be a race to be announced at the time of the
event that we are sure all will find fun for children and adults as
well, an egg and teaspoon race, hula hoop contest, etc.
THERE WILL ALSO BE A POKER TOURNAMENT STARTING AT 3:00 FOR THE
ADULTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND. ALL WHO PARTICIPATE MUST BRING TWO
UNACTIVATED COINS. DADDY FREY WILL BE HOSTING THE POKER
TOURNAMENT.
If you plan to
eat during the meeting please post the number of individuals who
will be eating. Please do not overlook the fact that this needs to
be done. We are having pizza and drinks. All of the food will have
to be paid for before the meeting by those hosting the event.
Therefore, it is important that we get an accurate count of those
eating so that we will order enough pizza. Also, please let us know
if you like your pizza all the way or only with one or two
toppings. We will have several different types of pizza but also
need an accurate count of those eating a pizza all the way (no
anchovies of course). Cost of meal and drink will be $5/per person.
PLEASE BE SURE AND POST THE INFO NEEDED AS FAR AS THE MEAL IS
CONCERNED!! DON'T WANT ANYONE GOING HUNGRY!!
CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!! AND FOR THOSE OUT-OF-TOWNERS WE
WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU AS WELL.
