Have you ever had a Kinder Egg??? No??? Well it’s a chocolate egg that has a plastic capsule inside of it. When you open it up it has a toy you put together. Seeing as how the Non-edible item has no function in the food item, it is band in the US according to some laws that were passed in the 1930's. This cache is that little plastic capsule. Has only a log, so BYOP. Have fun... and let me know if this was a good placement.
