DumLuck: This one is going to finish just a little bit off target, not right on. The container & geoflage was moved 12 feet or so (the rock that weighted it down was still with it so I know it didn't just blow away...) by someone/something and then got bush-hogged is my best guess.
No immediate sign of construction was evident today, but I know it's coming -- time to say good-bye to this one.
