This is the first Wherigo
cartridge that I have created. I haven't even done a Wherigo
cache myself (except for testing this one) so I'm not 100% sure how
it all works.
In order for you to find the
final cache, you must complete this cartridge. Completing the
cartridge requires that you visit 13 playgrounds in Ajax.
After you get to the first playground, a screen will be displayed
on your GPS, telling you what park to go to next. Some of the
playgrounds have seperate caches in them already (indicated by an
asterisk (*) in the list below)
I recommend that you do this
cache on a bicycle - doing it by car would require a lot of
unnecessary travelling. It may actually turn out that it
would take longer by car because you would not be able to take the
many shortcuts and you would have to walk a lot. The shortest
route by bike is 11km. The cartridge shouldn't take any
longer than 1.5 hours to complete. If you would like to view
the quickest route that I suggest you take on a bicycle, download
this Google Earth file.
After you have gone to all of
the parks listed below (in order), you will be given the
coordinates to the final cache. The final cache is along the
route for the next Wherigo in the series that I am planning on
developing. (To The Park-i-go: Northeast Ajax).
