Cecil was concerned about hosting a GiG not being 'Cecilia', so
this time around it's a MiG (Monkeys in Geocaching)! One of Cecil's
favorite times of year is Halloween... people take him seriously,
they just think he's in costume. We will begin at 6:00pm and be
there until at least 8:30pm.
