A well disguised cache at a well disguised location (Accuracy of GZ coordinates +/- 3m).
The coordinates take you to a track next to a small lagoon in Papakowhai. The lagoon is located next to a field and is easy to miss due to the water level being lower than the surrounding area.
A number of short tracks wind around the immediate area, which lead to the surrounding streets of Papakowhai. The track to the far left of the blue bridge leads to a small park (after a 2 minute walk).
There is a single park bench facing the lagoon. My first impression of it made me think of coming here to sit and contemplate 'stuff'. It feels like a very tranquil and peaceful area.
The cache itself is well disguised - like the lagoon. It is likely that you will be standing in front of it without even realising it is there. The cache contains only a log book and pencil. The cache is not in the water nor near the edge of the bank, so there is no need for you to get wet.
If you are attempting this cache with a wheeled contraption, (i.e. bicycle, stroller or wheelchair) be aware that the field in front of the lagoon can be boggy in places - especially after it has been raining.
