Easy cache to reach from the sidewalk. The cache is visibly in site from the sidewlk. You need to think "where would I put it"? You only need to step off the sidewalk a foot or two to reach it. Its OK to park on the street on the side of the street where cache is at in order to find the cache. There may be a small red car already there, just park in front or behind it.
The hardest part of this cache is the muggle factor. The cache is in someone's front lawn, but is actually still on city property about 2 feet off the sidewalk, but rest assure I have permission from the owners of the two neighbors whose houses this cache is in front of. There is a state trooper who lives across the street and I mentioned geocaching to him also and he said "oh that's a cool game". You may see his cruiser parked in the driveway.
Cache should be a fairly easy grab. Please replace the cache exactly how you found it after signing the log. Also, bring a pen or pencil, and perhaps tweezers. You do not need to move any vegetation rock or landscape (if any). Parking space is limited so only one or two cars at a time is advised. Perhaps the best time to go for this one is at night.
