Station 31 Traditional Cache

cambold: Thanks adh-yow for the timely heads-up! You're the official LTF!
Drove over with my son under cover of darkness to remove the cache before it was taken down with the rest of the trees. No place for a cache now!
It's been fun!

Geocache Description:

This is a quick grab inspired by a couple of Firefighter Geocoins we grabbed along the way. There weren't many caches located near fire stations to complete these coin's missions to honour Firefighters so we thought it was time we started stashing caches ourselves.

You've got 2 main choices for parking if travelling by car. If you bring a bag of gently used items you can park in front of the recycling hut at the front of the Fire Station. If not there is a gas station nearby or side streets in the neighbourhood behind. Please stay away from the back of the station where the Firefighters park their cars and the south side of the building.
One of the Chiefs oked the cache and some of the Firefighters also know but not all 4 shifts. Some explanation may be required..
There also is a junior muggle play area in the trees along the fence so accessing the cache from Conroy in would be best. You will have to be careful not to be spotted or to leave a trail connecting the cache to the 'fort' area. Camouflaging the cache especially in winter will be key to it's survival.
The aim is to keep this cache available in all seasons although the spring might be wet and winter a bit bare.
