The sixth cache in the Grumpy Dolphin series.
Located in the Newark Watershed. NWCDC Hiking Permit is required.
Follow the badly marked Four Birds Trail to the overlook, then hike
north.
We met Cindy Bear's brother, Bobby Bear at the parking area on
Green Pond Road. He told us about one of his favorite spots
overlooking Charlotteburg Reservoir. We checked it out, and found
it to be a very pretty spot.
Views east across the reservoir, and north across Rte 23 toward Old
Glory.

Note: Bobby Bear was still in the parking area when we returned.
