Geocache Description:

The seventh cache in the Grumpy Dolphin series.
Located in the Newark Watershed. NWCDC Hiking Permit is required.

This is a mystery cache. The cache is not at the listed
coordinates.

The Four Birds Trail was built by the New York/New Jersey Trail Conference with a grant from the Geraldine R. Dodge foundation. It travels for nineteen miles from Hibernia through Wildcat Ridge Wildlife Management Area, Farny State Park, and the Newark Watershed to Route 23. It is blazed with white.

These are not the four birds for which the trail was named, but these are four birds that you might see along the trail.
The cache is a couple of hundred feet down a side trail.
