don't go to this area after dark!!!
when you find the cache walk about 15 feet under the highway to the rivers edge--along the support. peek around the corner and see the graffiti graveyard. If you are adventurous climb the ladder and explore the area. this is a controversal area in Duluth. there will be many varying opinions on this place. I think the artwork is amazing.
P.S. The art work is NOT painted over--you need to go farther down by the river.
