Growing up, my friends and I used to love playing baseball. Since
there were only about 8 of us to play, we would play 4 on 4. Well
with only 4 players per team, you couldn't waste a player by having
a 1st baseman. Instead, we played "pitcher's hand". If the defense
got the ball back to the pitcher before the runner reached 1st
base, he was out. And if you were on base and it was your turn to
bat, we would have a "ghost on base". There will be a small amount
of bushwhacking required.
