A short flat walk across Coyle park to a view of the harbour
Coyle park is a flat reserve at the end of Point Chevalier peninsular. It is a popular place to walk the dogs and kids with a playground for the young ones. during summer it is packed with picnicing mugles but almost deserted the rest of the time. This is a popular place to fish at high tide and close to Point Chevalier beach that is a good inner harbour swiming beach when the tide is right.
You are looking for a 35mm type container with log book and pencil. No need to stray from the path. As there is water and cliffs nearby please supervise the young ones. Car park gates closed from 11.30pm to 6.00am but still a short walk if closed.
