The duration of the event will be 6pm to 6.15pm.
If you turn up after 6.15pm you'll miss it!
This is just one Flash Mob event, amongst many,
being held simultaneously, world-wide.
Here's what we do:
It's essential that everyone follows these instructions.
• Everyone arrives just before 6pm, it will be dark so you must bring your torch to “flash”.
• Try and look like a muggle!
Here's the plan:
6pm: We will appear carrying a couple of buckets, one for TB/coin swaps and one for log sheets. When we place these on the ground, that'll be the signal that the fun has begun. Postcards will now be handed out to everyone that will need to be filled in and placed in the log bucket. Please bring your own pen/pencil, as we'll have to finish logging quite quickly. This is also the time to be swapping TBs and coins. If you don’t complete the postcard, you cannot claim to have attended.
6:10pm: A stunning group photo will be taken
6:14pm: Cakes, flapjacks, biscuits, donuts will be handed out (bring a drink to wash them down)
6:15pm: That's it! Event over. walk off in a random direction, dispersing in varying directions as if nothing had happened!
Sutton Park vehicular accesses will be closed, entrance to the park will be through the various pedestrian gates. Should you park in the pub car parks situated in the Park, you do so at your own risk.

Note: No performances of dance, live music, recorded music (unless a licence has been granted) or lighted fires. Any damage to the Park will be the liable by those responsible.
