Pino Quemado: Mirando al Rio Maule, Pichaman. Traditional Cache
mann138: As stated before, it is quite difficult to reach the area considering the pandemia and the restrictions that are in place to travel to the location if you are not a resident of the area. Therefore any maintenance to this cache is difficult unless you go by river in your own boat or kayak.
I archive the cache due to the situation going on and the difficulties to reach the location.

El cache esta ubicado a unos 300 metros de la estación de trenes Pichaman, debajo de un gran pino quemado, nosotros llegamos en tren, pero también hay una ruta de automoviles entre medio de los cerros (Ruta M-270) que según lugareños demora 1 hora y un poco más desde la ciudad de Talca.
Cerca de donde esta el cache, bajando por un camino se puede llegar a la rivera del rió maule, hay bosques alrededor donde se puede caminar y dormir, y si se animan y fueron en tren pueden volver caminando a la estación de toconey, a 5 kms de Pichaman, un pequeño poblado donde pueden esperar a que pase el tren de vuelta.
Hay varias cosillas dentro del cache para intercambiar.

The cache is placed 300 metres from Pichaman train station, under a burned pine, we arrived by train (Ramal Talca Constitucion), but there is also a route for cars between the hills (Route M-270), that according to people from the place would take 1 hour and a bit longer from Talca city.
Near where the cache is, walking down a trail, you can arrive to the shore of the Maule river, there is forest around the cache where you can hike or sleep and if you are in the mood, and went by train, it is possible to walk back beside the train track till Toconey Train Station, where you'll find a small villa with nice people where you can wait the train back.
There are some goodies inside of it for exchanging.
