Ruaben Tart Memorial Park. Day Use Only. Please park on top and walk down. The road to the beach is for unloading and loading only! A great little park with a wonderful beach, view of San Juan Channel and other islands. When looking for cache please beware that private property is on both sides of this park. "Please don't Trespass". Enjoy!!!
