The Lafayette-Moraga Regional Trail offers up some good reasons to hike and bike and get some exercise. If you stop by here, maybe you'll get a six pack! Tree cover might make you dance around but hey, isn't more exercise a good thing? Might need a little tool to get the log – please replace as found. If you want, there's a lot more spots to check your fitness level along the trail. Or you could just cruise by and enjoy the scenery...
