Here is a good spot to see the many features of the Merced River Canyon. It is also a great spot to stop for a cache on the way to Yosemite. 8/21/19-Changing difficulty since it is no longer just a drive up and grab. No rock climbing or scrambling required.
The 3 averages that I got at the cache site varied greatly due to the proximity to the canyon walls. Look for the manmade landmark to begin your search. No need to disturb the rocks in the area.
