Tao Shan (Tao Mountain or Mountain Peach) is located at boundary of
Taichung County and Hsinchu County, she is No.#48 in the Taiwan 100
Mountains. It has 360 degree surround view on the summit of Tao
Shan, you can enjoy the saint crest line, you can also see NanHu
Big Mountain and many many other Taiwan 100 Mountains, that's
great.
Mt. DaBa and Mt. XiaoBa are behind the benchmark.
The distance of Tao Shan trail is not very long, just 4.5km
short in one way, but it's quite steep, need over 8hr from the
trailhead at 1900m an elevation above sea level up to the top at
3325m, need 5hr down back to the trailhead, to stay in Tao Shan
Cabin for one night is a good idea if you want to hunt this
cache.
