Geocache Description:

Cache is located at the trailhead to Bull Camp where Claude Dallas murdered Idaho Conservation Officers Bill Pogue and Conley Elms in 1981.

The cache is located on the western rim of the South Fork of the Owyhee River Canyon. From the rim, the remains of the two stone buildings still standing at Bull Camp are clearly visible. The trail down to the buildings is also clearly visible. It descends approximately 500 ft down to the rivers edge.
This cache is located in an extremely remote part of southwestern Idaho. Although you can drive within a few feet of the cache, a high clearance 4WD vehicle is required. Be prepared for long distance desert travel over extremely rough, rocky roads.
